Twan Geissberger

In Twan Geissberger’s paintings and drawings, the body and nature enter into a playful connection, the colours function as putty that makes it possible for one to become the other.
Both – the body and the plant forms – become important as a carrier medium, they serve the purpose of bringing something from the inside to the outside.

Twan Geissberger has been studying at the University of Applied Arts since October 2013. In 2016 she spent a semester at the Srishti College for Art, Design and Science in Bangalore, India.
