Léonce Bontemps

Léonce’s paintings are characterised by a high degree of freedom, whether he is putting his childhood memories, human or animal silhouettes, city scenes or even sketches of organs on paper. He draws inspiration from dreams, from people he sees on the street and from strangers on the internet. He focuses on the harmony of colours, contrasts and textures so that the motifs stand out and come to life through the systematic drawing of contours.
