Clara Gross

Clara Gross is a multimedia artist living between New York City and Berlin. She holds a BA from Connecticut College in art and philosophy. Gross works with sculpture, drawing, and video to create artworks that address issues of experience and memory in the architectural and urban environment. The works can be considered site-specific in the sense that each piece is a direct response to the physicality of a space or place. She is drawn to notice form, color, light, material, and other aspects that make up a person’s experience of the landscape.
